ontrack resolves the config file in this order:
  1. ONTRACK_CONFIG, if set — an absolute path, a path relative to the current directory, or ~/~/... for your home directory.
  2. ./config.yaml in the current directory, if it exists.
  3. Otherwise, a platform default:
The session cache lives alongside it, as session.json in the same directory.

The base_url key
